Utah senior portrait photographer

You are beautiful, unique, and interesting! Let us help you celebrate & show that off!

We LOVE working with Graduating Seniors!

Senior year isn't just a milestone. It's the beginning of something new.

Senior portraits aren't just another item to check off the graduation to-do list. They're a chance to celebrate who you are right now, before life changes and the next chapter begins.

This is your opportunity to create portraits that look and feel like you. Your style. Your personality. Your interests. Your confidence. Your weird little quirks that your family secretly loves.

I LOVE creating custom senior experiences that are planned around each senior, not a formula.

We'll choose locations, outfits, poses, and ideas that fit your personality, then I'll guide you through every step so you never have to wonder, "What am I supposed to do with my hands?"

And here's the best part:

You don't have to know how to pose.

You don't even have to think you're photogenic.

That's my job.

I'll help you feel comfortable, bring out your genuine personality, and create images that make you look at yourself and think:

"Wait...that's ME?"

Because senior portraits should be about more than proving you survived high school.

They're about celebrating the person you've become and the person you're about to become.

Let's create portraits you'll love now and treasure when you look back at this incredible, once-in-a-lifetime season.

We LOVE working with

Small Businesses!

Your brand deserves more than a headshot.

Branding photos aren't just another thing to check off your marketing to-do list. They're a powerful way to show people who you are, what you do, and why they should choose you.

This is your opportunity to tell your story visually, showcase your personality, and give potential clients a chance to connect with the person behind the business before they ever meet you.

I LOVE creating custom, personalized branding experiences that capture the real you, not some stiff, overly polished version of what you think a business owner is supposed to look like.

We'll create a collection of images that shows your expertise and your personality. Headshots, working images, behind-the-scenes moments, details, products, interactions, and the little things that make your business uniquely yours.

Because your clients aren't just buying what you do.

They're choosing who they trust to do it.

And when your images consistently look and feel like you, showing up online becomes easier, your marketing becomes more cohesive, and your audience gets to know the person behind the brand.

You only get one chance to make a first impression but thankfully, your brand gets to make one over and over again.

Let's create images you'll be excited to share, proud to put on your website, and actually have fun using.

We LOVE working with

Dancers!

Dance portraits aren't just about getting a pretty picture in a beautiful pose. They're about celebrating everything it took to get there.

This is your chance to showcase the strength, artistry, personality, and passion behind the dancer and create images that tell the story of the person behind the performance.

We LOVE creating custom dance portrait sessions that are designed around each dancer's unique style, personality, and strengths.

Because no two dancers are alike.

The technique matters. The lines matter. The movement matters. But so does the determination behind every rehearsal, the confidence that develops over time, and that little spark that makes you stop watching and simply say, "Wow."

That's what makes your portraits special and what makes them unmistakably yours.

And don't worry if you aren't sure how to pose or what will look best. That's where my experience comes in. I'll guide you through the details, help you create beautiful lines and natural movement, and make sure your personality gets to shine through.

You put in countless hours to become the dancer you are. Let's create portraits that honor every bit of that journey.

We LOVE working with Families!

Family portraits aren’t just another thing to check off your family’s to-do list. They’re a way to preserve this crazy, beautiful season of life before it changes again.

This is your chance to celebrate the people you love, capture the personalities that make your family yours, and create images that bring you right back to this moment every time you see them.

We LOVE creating custom, personalized family portrait experiences that feel like your family not a collection of perfectly posed smiles.

Your kids will grow. Their personalities will change. The little things you think you'll always remember will eventually become harder to recall. That's why we focus on the connection, laughter, personality, and all the wonderfully imperfect things that make your family unique.

And don't worry if your family isn't particularly "good at pictures." That's my job. I'll guide you every step of the way while giving your family plenty of room to simply be yourselves.

You only get this version of your family once. Let me handle the details so you can stop worrying about getting the perfect picture and simply enjoy being together.

FAQS

What’s the process for booking a session?

It all starts with a friendly 10–15 minute phone chat where we’ll discuss your session goals, timing, participants, and any scheduling needs. We’ll also go over pricing and answer any questions so you feel completely informed.

Next, we’ll schedule an in-person planning consultation at the studio to map out every detail, from outfit ideas and location options to posing tips and prep recommendations. We’ll finalize your session date and take care of the session fee. Then, it’s time for the fun part: your personalized portrait session!

How long will my portrait session take?

I wish there was a definitive answer for this question but it really depends on the type of session and how quickly I can get the shots I need. I do attempt to get the session done efficiently so that you can get back to whatever you would rather be doing. ;) I want you to have so much fun, you aren't worried about the clock.

What can I expect once the photo session is complete?

We will schedule an ordering/reveal appointment about 2 weeks after your session date. At this appointment, we will view your edited images (only the best of the best) on our studio's 50 inch TV and decide which images you like best.

Once we have narrowed down your selections, we help walk you through which images will work best for you, your family, and your decorating style.

We do this so that you feel supported and confident selecting the right images that will mean the most to you for years to come without feeling overwhelmed or stressed.

Do you have any tips for taking better portraits?

Individual Photos:

1. Relax, this should be fun!

2. Wear something flattering with some color and bring a few easy changes of clothing.

3. Accessorize.

4. Wear makeup to your liking for a date night.

5. Don’t look directly at the lens of the camera, look at the top of it or just to the side (avoids red eye especially if you have blue or green eyes).

6. Never face shoulders straight on with the camera (this looks awkward and not flattering to anyone).

7. Make small movements in all directions with the head and body - you never know which angle will look the best and catch the best light.

Group Tips:

1. Keep your eyes on the photographer unless instructed otherwise, try not to be distracted - the faster we can get everyone looking together, the quicker the photo session will be and it will result in better quality photos (turning heads can create blur).

2. Try to wear matching or coordinating colors for photos to be more cohesive.

3. Parents look at the photographer no matter what your child does unless asked by the photographer because inevitably by the time the child looks at the photographer, the parents are looking at the child.
